Hey, I'm Cindy, and I would like to help you improve your health.


I've lost 125 pounds! Now, I'm a plant-based culinary teacher, certified personal trainer, and health coach.




But I remember what it's like to struggle with overeating, indulging in large amounts of junk food 

but still feeling hungry, worrying about my high blood pressure, and not being able to fit into my clothes.


Not only was I morbidly obese, but I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol

and a family history of heart disease and cancer. 


I began steadily changing my habits, exercising, and nourishing my body with a plant-based diet.


Now, I weigh 125 pounds less, my blood pressure is 110/70, no more high cholesterol, 

and best of all - no medications!


I was frustrated by diets and exercise programs. I would lose a few pounds only to gain them back, plus more!
