11/30/21 @ 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. via Zoom
The first rule of Cooking Club - What is made in the kitchen is delicious and nutritious.
Good health starts in the kitchen and in our classes you will learn simple steps that can change your life, one dish at a time. Whether you have received a diagnosis requiring a change in your diet or you just want to take charge of your health, this club will inspire you and give you the recipes and tools you need to succeed.
We will be cooking via Zoom, so you can tie on an apron, cook along and enjoy the fruits (and veggies!) of your labor or just sit back and watch the cooking fun. You will receive all of the recipes, grocery list before the class so you can gather your ingredients. After class you will get the video replay so you can re-watch it any time you want.
No need to dress up you don't even need to turn your camera on if you don't want us to see your delicious creations or messy kitchen. You can mute or unmute as needed to ask questions. You are in control of your kitchen and how you choose to Zoom.
All classes are dairy-free, cholesterol-free, vegan, and most are plant-based. You'll learn essential cooking fundamentals and expert tips when you take a Plant-Powered Cooking Class.
November 30, 2021 | 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. CT | We'll make Quick & Easy Black Bean Soup, Cheezy Broccoli Soup, Bean & Barley Celebration Salad, and Asian Crunch Salad. We'll have a bonus recipe of Nacho Cheeze and you won't want to miss it!
