Class Summary

The first rule of Cooking Club - What is made in the kitchen is delicious and nutritious.  


Good health starts in the kitchen and in our classes you will learn simple steps that can change your life, one dish at a time. Whether you have received a diagnosis requiring a change in your diet or you just want to take charge of your health, this club will inspire you and give you the recipes and tools you need to succeed.  


You'll have on-demand access, so you can tie on an apron, cook along and enjoy the fruits (and veggies!) of your labor or just sit back and watch the cooking fun any time you want. You will receive all of the recipes, grocery list before the class so you can gather your ingredients. You can hit video replay and re-watch it any time you need to.


All classes are dairy-free, cholesterol-free, vegan, and most are plant-based. You'll learn essential cooking fundamentals and expert tips when you take a Plant-Powered Cooking Class.

Black Bean Soup - Quick and Easy -
A hearty and flavorful soup that's ready in no time! Our Quick and Easy Black Bean Soup combines protein-rich black beans with zesty spices, creating a comforting and nutritious meal perfect for busy days. Enjoy a delicious bowl in under 30 minutes!  


Nacho Cheeze Dip -
Indulge in the creamy, cheesy goodness of our plant-based Nacho Cheeze Dip! Perfect for dipping veggies or topping your favorite snacks, this dairy-free delight is packed with bold flavors and a velvety texture that will satisfy all your cravings.  


Broccoli Cheeze Soup-
Warm up with a bowl of our rich and creamy Broccoli Cheeze Soup. This plant-based twist on a classic favorite blends tender broccoli with a smooth, cheesy broth made from wholesome ingredients. Perfect for a cozy night in!  


Bean & Barley Celebration Salad-
