Good health starts in the kitchen. When you join the Cooking Club you will learn simple steps that can change your life, one dish at a time. Whether you have received a diagnosis requiring a change in your diet or you just want to take charge of your health, this club will inspire you and give you the recipes and tools you need to succeed. You have access to 2 online classes per month, recipes, and video replay so you won't miss a thing.
All classes are dairy-free, cholesterol-free, vegan, and most are plant-based. You'll learn essential cooking fundamentals and expert tips while taking two online cooking classes each month. Class examples are - Cozy Casseroles, Hearty Soups & Salads, and Healthy Holiday Baking, just to name a few. You can tie on an apron and cook along and enjoy the fruits (and veggies!) of your labor or just sit back and sip your favorite beverage while watching all the cooking activities.
